By using کیش موتور, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with any part, please do not use this website's services.

2. Services

KishMotor offers car rental, car sales (new, used, imported), auto parts retail, and an auto services directory on Kish Island. Terms for each service are visible on its respective page.

3. Rental terms

• Valid driver's license and ID required.
• Minimum renter age: 22.
• A refundable deposit is collected at delivery.
• Full body + third-party insurance included by default.
• Damages or late returns are billed per contract.

4. Sale terms

• All cars are technically inspected before listing.
• Official free-zone invoice with written warranty.
• 24-hour return on hidden defects.

5. Import terms

• Down-payment is non-refundable after signing.
• Clearance timeline: 7–14 business days, trackable.
• Free-zone plate registered per Iranian regulations.

6. Privacy

Your contact info (name, phone, email) is used solely for our specialist's outreach and order tracking. Not shared with third parties.

7. Liability

KishMotor is liable for service quality and authenticity within the bounds of Iranian civil law. Disputes are resolved via negotiation or, if necessary, through the Kish Free Zone judicial bodies.
